1st Group Ltd. (AU:VFX) has released an update.
Visionflex Group Limited has reported a change in the director’s interest for Mr. Brook Adcock, wherein 95,266,667 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares were transferred from Adcock Private Equity Pty Ltd to Adcock Group Super Pty Ltd through an off-market transfer. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Adcock’s indirect holdings in the company have altered, although the total number of securities he has an interest in remains unchanged.
