Vision Deal HK Acquisition Corp. held its Annual General, where all proposed resolutions were passed unanimously. The resolutions included approving the 2023 financial statements, the reappointment of BDO Limited as auditors, and amending the company’s Articles of Association to update notification procedures. Shareholders showed full support with 100% of votes in favor of each item.
