Visiativ SA (FR:ALVIV) has released an update.
Visiativ SA reported a first-half 2024 revenue increase of 8% to €132.1M, with significant growth in SaaS subscriptions by 27%. The company’s SaaS ARR surged by 37% to €45.2M, while the CONSULTING division saw a 12% rise. A tender offer for Visiativ shares is set at €37.00 per share, offering a 35.5% premium over the closing price before the offer announcement.
