Vishay Intertechnology Announces Executive Leadership Changes

Vishay Intertechnology (VSH) just unveiled an update.

Vishay Intertechnology has announced significant changes in its financial leadership, with David E. McConnell stepping up as the new Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer, and David L. Tomlinson appointed as Senior Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 1, 2024. These appointments follow Lori Lipcaman’s decision to leave her CFO position, staying on until the end of March for a smooth transition. Additionally, Vishay’s Compensation Committee has revised executive compensation agreements, setting new base salaries and bonus opportunities for 2024, while also updating severance benefits and terms of equity grants for the executives, aligning with the company’s strategic direction and governance standards.
