Virtus Investment Partners (VRTS) just unveiled an announcement.
Shareholders of Virtus Investment Partners gave the green light to an amendment of the company’s incentive and equity plan, paving the way for an additional 455,000 shares to be issued. At the annual meeting, they also re-elected the board of directors, endorsed Deloitte & Touche LLP as their independent auditor for the upcoming fiscal year, and on an advisory level, approved the executive compensation package. Each of these decisions was made with a substantial majority, confirming the shareholders’ trust in the company’s direction and governance.
