The AGM agenda includes reviewing the company’s audited financial statements, re-electing executive and independent non-executive directors, and authorizing the board to set director remunerations and re-appoint the auditor. Additionally, special resolutions will be considered to empower the Directors to deal with the company’s unissued shares and share options.
