David Pevcic and associated entities have ceased to be substantial holders in Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited as of 12th April 2024, primarily due to the dilution of their shares following a new issuance of company shares. This change comes after their last notification of substantial holding on 14th September 2023. The entities controlled by Pevcic experienced a change in relevant interests, affecting a number of securities but not altering the control over the voting rights.
