Virgin Wines UK PLC has announced the appointment of Azets Audit Services Limited as its new auditor for the financial year ending June 2024, after a thorough tender process and the resignation of previous auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Azets, a Top 10 UK accountancy firm, impressed the wine retailer with their sector experience and audit approach, with plans to confirm the appointment at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board expressed gratitude to PwC for their past services.
