Virgin Money UK PLC has announced its decision to redeem €500,000,000 of its 2.875% Fixed Rate Reset Callable Senior Notes due in 2025, on 24 June 2024. This financial move follows the company’s recent issuance of €750,000,000 worth of notes due in 2028, as part of its regular funding management strategy. Post-redemption, the company will seek to delist the notes from the FCA’s Official List and the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
