Jaxsta Limited (AU:VNL) has released an update.
Vinyl Group Ltd, Australia’s sole music company listed on the ASX, has successfully completed its institutional entitlement offer, raising approximately A$3.29 million before costs. With a 60.76% take-up rate, the offer was part of a non-renounceable, pro-rata, accelerated entitlement offer aiming to raise around A$5.4 million. The retail component of the offer is set to open shortly, fully underwritten to secure the remaining A$2.12 million.
