Vinyl Group Ltd (VNL) has requested an immediate trading halt on the ASX to finalize details of an upcoming pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, with trading to resume by the earlier of the release of the relevant announcement or the start of normal trading on 17 June 2024. The company has confirmed that there is no other information necessary to inform the market regarding the halt at this stage.
