Vinyl Group Launches Retail Entitlement Offer

Jaxsta Limited (AU:VNL) has released an update.

Vinyl Group Ltd, Australia’s sole ASX-listed music company, has opened its retail entitlement offer to raise approximately A$7.645 million. Eligible retail shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can participate in this fully underwritten offer, which includes an opportunity to apply for additional new shares under a shortfall facility. The offer, which is non-renounceable and cannot be traded, closes on January 15, 2025.
