Vinyl Group Director Increases Shareholding

Jaxsta Limited (AU:VNL) has released an update.

Vinyl Group Ltd has reported a change in the interests of director Robert Kenneth Gaunt, who acquired 510,204 ordinary shares at a value of $50,000, increasing his total holdings to 15,878,847 ordinary shares and maintaining 10,000,000 unquoted options. The transaction, part of an entitlement offer participation, did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
