Vintage Wine Estates, Inc. has announced the appointment of Ivona Smith as an independent director to their Board, effective June 28, 2024. Smith brings seven years of experience as an independent director and will earn $25,000 monthly, with additional travel expense reimbursements and indemnification similar to her peers. Concurrently, the company has shifted its financial advisory services from Oppenheimer & Co. to GLC Advisors & Co. and Riveron RTS, LLC.
