Vintage Energy Ltd. and Galilee Energy Limited have announced a merger agreement, aiming to create a more robust entity to supply eastern Australia’s gas market. The all-scrip deal, advised by both companies’ boards, is expected to enhance gas production capabilities and financial strength through combined reserves and a stronger balance sheet. The merger strategically consolidates extensive acreage across key onshore sedimentary basins to address the region’s gas requirements more effectively.
