VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (VOF) has repurchased and cancelled 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares on 21 August 2024, at a price of GBP 4.75 each. Following the transaction, VOF now holds 6,182,716 treasury shares and the total number of shares in issue is 150,717,842, determining the total voting rights available to shareholders.
