On October 7, 2024, VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited repurchased and cancelled 90,000 of its own USD Shares at a price of GBP 4.741159 each, subsequently reducing the number of shares in issue to 148,434,117 USD Shares. This action also adjusts the total voting rights in the company to the same number, which shareholders can use as a reference for reporting changes in ownership interest as per FCA rules.
