VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited has announced the buyback and cancellation of 10,815 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP 4.941592 per share, which adjusts the total number of voting rights in the company to 152,030,600. The repurchase reduces the number of shares in issue and held in treasury to 152,030,600 and 6,182,716 respectively, a move that could impact shareholder calculations under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
