VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 50,000 of its USD Shares at a price of GBP 4.765996 each on August 16, 2024. This transaction has reduced the total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, to 150,857,842, which is also the new total number of voting rights. Shareholders can use this information for regulatory reporting requirements under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
