Village Farms Faces Nasdaq Compliance Challenge

Village Farms International has received a notification from Nasdaq that its stock price has fallen below the minimum bid requirement of $1.00, posing a risk to its listing status. The company has until April 16, 2025, to regain compliance by reaching the minimum price for at least 10 consecutive days. Meanwhile, Village Farms’ shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
