Village Farms International (VFF) has released an update.
Village Farms International is urging its shareholders to participate in the company’s annual meeting by casting their votes online or via mail and fax prior to the June 26 deadline. The virtual meeting is scheduled for June 28 and shareholders can attend through a live audio webcast. Voting materials and the proxy or voting instruction forms have been distributed, and shareholders who haven’t received them are advised to contact their broker or the company’s transfer agent, Computershare.
