In a recent change of director’s interest notice, Viking Mines Limited has reported that Director Julian Woodcock has an indirect association with 14,602,380 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 25,000,000 Performance Rights through Bedrock Investment Group Ltd. No direct changes in shareholding were reported, and the transactions were off-market transfers. The performance rights are subject to vesting conditions outlined in the company’s past Annual General Meetings.
