The latest update is out from Veralto Corporation (VLTO).
Vijay P. Sankaran has been appointed as a Class I member of the Veralto Corporation’s Board of Directors, commencing on July 12, 2024. His addition expands the Board to 12 members, with a majority being independent. He will serve on the Audit Committee and receive compensation in line with the company’s practices for non-employee directors. Sankaran’s appointment comes with no undisclosed arrangements, and he’ll be covered by the company’s standard indemnification agreement. Veralto Corporation publicly announced this board enhancement on July 16, 2024.
