Vidrala (ES:VID) has released an update.
Vidrala S.A. has announced the disbursement of an extraordinary dividend of 4.00 euros per share, set for July 12, 2024, following the successful sale of its subsidiary Vidrala Italia. Shareholders on record as of July 11 will be eligible for the dividend, with the ex-dividend date being July 10.
