Victrex (GB:VCT) has released an update.
Victrex PLC has applied for a block listing of 150,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List on the London Stock Exchange, which will be on par with existing shares. These shares are reserved for future share option exercises under the company’s executive and employee stock plans. The listing is expected to take effect on June 17, 2024.
