Mark Radcliffe, CEO of Victorian Plumbing, the UK’s leading bathroom retailer, sold 2,700,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.00 each to meet institutional demand. Post-transaction, Radcliffe’s holding represents 47.72% of the issued share capital. The sale took place on the London Stock Exchange, AIM, on 23 August 2024.
