Victoria Gold Corp. has reported a failure at the heap leach pad of its Eagle Gold Mine in Yukon, leading to a temporary suspension of operations. No injuries occurred, but there was some infrastructure damage and a breach of containment. The company is currently assessing the situation and will update stakeholders as more information becomes available.
