Vicinity Motor Corp. has announced a registered direct offering aimed at raising $2.5 million through the sale of common shares and warrants to a U.S. institutional investor. The proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes and working capital, with the closing expected shortly, under the management of A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as the placement agent.
