Vicinity Motor Corp., a North American supplier of commercial electric vehicles, has announced the grant of 50,000 stock options to key stakeholders, exercisable at C$0.85 per share over a five-year period, with a three-year vesting schedule. These incentive options aim to align the interests of the company’s directors, officers, consultants, and employees with those of the shareholders.
