Vicinity Motor (TSE:VMC) has released an update.
Vicinity Motor Corp., a North American supplier of commercial electric vehicles, has announced a delay in filing their interim financial statements and expects to finalize them by October 11, 2024. The delay, which has led to a management cease trade order (MCTO), does not affect shareholders’ ability to trade their securities but prohibits company executives from trading. The company is actively working on a financial restructuring plan and has assured there are no undisclosed material changes or insolvency proceedings currently.
