Viad Corp has announced the promotion of Derek P. Linde as the Chief Operating Officer and President of GES effective June 3, 2024, succeeding the former President of GES. Linde brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a background as COO since 2022 and prior positions at Illinois Tool Works Inc. His new contract includes a severance agreement offering compensation for involuntary or voluntary termination under certain conditions.
