VGI Partners Global Investments Limited has announced a change in director Noel Whittaker’s interest, disclosing the acquisition of 7,323 ordinary shares at $1.86453 each, under the VG1 dividend reinvestment plan. This transaction brings Whittaker’s indirect holdings, through Noel Whittaker Holdings Pty Limited as trustee for the Whittaker Family Superannuation Fund, to a total of 280,400 ordinary shares. There were no disposals reported in this notice, which is part of compliance with ASX listing rules.
