Vext Science, Inc., a U.S.-based cannabis company, has replaced its auditor following a Canadian Public Accountability Board report citing significant inspection findings against the former auditor, BF Borgers CPA PC. The new auditor, Reliant CPA, takes over immediately with no reported need for restatement of Vext’s 2022 financial statements. This move comes after the former auditor’s prohibition from taking on Canadian reporting issuers and is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to compliance and transparency.
