Vertu Motors (GB:VTU) has released an update.
Vertu Motors PLC has disclosed that Christopher Taylor, an executive with managerial responsibilities, sold 40,000 of his ordinary shares at a price of 74.78 pence each on June 27, 2024. Following the sale, Taylor’s holding in the company decreased from 0.11% to 0.10% of the issued share capital. This transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
