Vertical Aerospace Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 16, 2024, inviting shareholders to vote on crucial proposals, including the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its auditor, changes in share capital and share dealing, and a potential reverse share split. Shareholders of record as of August 19, 2024, are entitled to vote, with each share granting one vote. The Board recommends approval for all proposals which aim to enhance company structure and compliance with stock market regulations.
