Versus Systems Inc. has unexpectedly canceled its special shareholder meeting, initially scheduled for May 30, 2024, retracting its earlier plans to reorganize as a Delaware corporation. The board determined that the reorganization would not be in the shareholders’ best interests, prompting them to withdraw the proposals from the meeting agenda. Versus Systems specializes in enhancing live events and digital entertainment with interactive and rewarding experiences.
