Versus Systems, Inc. has undergone a significant leadership transformation as key executives, including the CEO and CFO, have resigned without any reported internal disagreements. In a swift move, the company appointed Curtis Wolfe, a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of experience, as the new CEO and CFO. Wolfe, who also teaches at the University of Miami School of Law, steps into his role with an “at will” employment arrangement, a monthly salary of $10,000, and eligibility for the company’s benefits program. Outgoing executives will receive a six-month salary as a separation benefit, along with a general release of claims and indemnification for certain potential claims.
