Venerable Ventures Ltd. is set to raise $300,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 6 million units at $0.05 each, with units comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The warrants will allow holders to buy additional shares at $0.065 for five years. The funds raised are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
