Velocity Composites Executives Update Shareholdings

Velocity Composites Plc (GB:VEL) has released an update.

Velocity Composites, a key supplier of composite material kits to the aerospace sector, has reported that CEO Jon Bridges transferred 1.5 million shares to his wife, with no change in his beneficial interest in the company. Additionally, CFO Rob Smith has increased his stake by purchasing 10,000 shares, now holding 0.04% of the company’s issued share capital. These transactions reflect ongoing changes in the shareholdings of the company’s top management.
