Vela Technologies (GB:VELA) has released an update.
Vela Technologies PLC, a company specializing in early-stage and pre-IPO technology investments, reported a loss of £776,537 for the year ended 31 March 2024, a notable increase from the previous year’s loss of £378,516. This loss is largely due to a £356,904 reduction in the fair value of investments. Despite the disappointing performance of its NASDAQ-listed investment Conduit Inc., Vela remains committed to its investing strategy and has made a new investment of £250,000 in Tribe Technology Group PLC.
