Veidekke ASA has secured a NOK 340 million contract to build the first phase of the Poulssons Kvarter residential project in Fornebu, Bærum, consisting of 81 apartments with underground parking. The project, developed in collaboration with Fredensborg Bolig, emphasizes sustainable architecture and diverse living options, with construction slated to start in March and completion expected by December 2026. The contract includes an option for an additional 114 homes, indicating strong market interest.
