Veidekke ASA has been selected as the main contractor for the second phase of the Grønvollkvartalet residential project in Oslo, valued at nearly NOK 385 million. This phase includes 139 apartments and a garage facility, with construction beginning at the turn of the year and expected completion by summer 2027. The project is part of a larger agreement with Nordr Norge worth approximately NOK 1.3 billion, highlighting the demand for new homes in the city.
