Murnaghan holds significant interests in the company, with 50,000 fully paid ordinary shares through AWM Noms Pty Ltd and 325,000 shares via Aviato Investments Pty Ltd, where he is a director and shareholder. No further relevant director’s interests in contracts were listed in the notice.
