Vecima Networks has announced the successful lab trial completion of its Entra EXS1610 All-PON Shelf by a major North American Tier 1 operator, with field deployments on the horizon. The EXS1610 Shelf, a versatile component of Vecima’s Fiber Access portfolio, offers compatibility with multiple PON standards and is designed for a range of deployment scenarios. Vecima’s technology is set to be deployed globally, promising enhanced flexibility and cost efficiency for Fiber-to-the-Premises services.
