Vecima Networks Poised to Acquire Casa Cable Assets

Vecima Networks (TSE:VCM) has released an update.

Vecima Networks Inc. is set to expand its presence in the broadband and video streaming market by purchasing the Cable Business assets of Casa Systems for $20 million, subject to a bankruptcy auction and court approval. The deal, positioned as a ‘stalking horse’ bid, underscores Vecima’s commitment to powering future-ready networks and is expected to close in early June 2024, pending customary closing conditions.
