VBI Vaccines Inc. has completed a $2 million registered direct offering, issuing over 2.2 million common shares and warrants at $0.88 each, with the warrants exercisable immediately at $0.76 and expiring in five years. The company, focused on immunology and vaccine development, plans to allocate the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and working capital. H.C. Wainwright & Co. served as the exclusive placement agent for the transaction.
