Vaxart, Inc. has decided to terminate its Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and B. Riley Securities, which allowed for an “at the market offering” of common stock since September 2021. Effective October 18, 2024, the company will stop selling shares under this agreement, having raised about $28.6 million by selling over 17.5 million shares without facing any termination penalties. This cessation means no further common stock will be offered or sold through this channel.
