Vasta Platform Ltd. has announced the successful issuance of R$500 million in two series of debentures by its subsidiary, Somos Sistemas, with maturities in 2029 and interest rates slightly above CDI. These debentures, fully subscribed by parent company Cogna Educação S.A., will refinance existing debt due for August 2024, effectively extending the company’s debt maturity profile.
