Vanquis Banking Group PLC has announced that as of May 31, 2024, its issued share capital comprises 256,482,888 ordinary shares with voting rights, and confirms that no shares are held in Treasury. Shareholders can use this total number to assess changes in their shareholding interests in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
