VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. has announced a share consolidation, proposing a conversion of ten existing common shares to one new common share, aiming to attract additional capital and improve execution of its business plans. The consolidation is pending TSX-V approval, with the intended ratio set to significantly reduce the current number of shares. Additionally, the company has cancelled a previously announced equity financing following this new strategic move.
